Operational general manager within "Energy service management". During the period, the company grew from NOK 20 million in turnover to NOK 350 million and became one of Europe's leading in the industry.

1996 – 1998 Norgeskreditt AS, Viceadm.dir.

The main task was to have a merger between Vestefjelske Bykreditt and Norgeskreditt. The latter company was purchased by Kredittkassen in 1996. In addition, I was the place manager in Bergen.

1991 – 1996 Vestenfjelske Bykreditt AS, CEO

First CEO after the stock exchange listing in 1991. The main task was to steer the company through the financial and real estate crisis in the first years and in 1994, the company incorporated into Kredittkassen.

1989 – 1991 Norgeskreditt AS, regional Director

Built up the company's first regional office in Western Norway. In 1991, the office had a lending portfolio of approximately NOK 3.5 billion.

1983 – 1989 Investa AS, CFO

In addition to being responsible for the company's finance division, this also included businesses in securities trading, project brokerage, currency and interest rate trades.
